These Spicy Shrimp Cucumber Bites are the perfect snack. They’re spicy, crunchy, fresh and flavorful. Best part? They are all said and DONE in under 20 minutes. I find these bites are best when you’re entertaining a small crowd for a game night. It’s a snack that won’t set you back. With fresh and clean ingredients and protein packed. You can absolutely make your own spice mix or guacamole for this recipe but the beauty of this quick dish is the ability to use high-quality pre-made ingredients of your choosing for fast assembly.

This is the first recipe I’ve made from Feeding the Frasers and holy guacamole they are amazing!!! So simple and the perfect combination of textures. I’ll definitely be making these again.
So easy and fulllll of flavor, so glad you enjoyed it!
Hey hey. Been following Mat Fraser in his crossfire journey, and being a young housewife myself thought I’d browse on here for some inspo. I saw this and have to say (without trying this particular recipie) these are delicious. I made a very similar recipe for a friends wedding…. cept I did sweet sticky prawns and for the avocado, I mixed with aioli & mayo & lemon juice for a smooth texture Drying to try this version! Your a legend sammy… love watching your FRAZER channel on YT.
PS. Please come to NZ one day
Claudia, thank you so much for your kind words! I cannot wait for you to make up one of these recipes, be sure to tell me what you think when you do!!
We loved these Sammy! They were light and didn’t make us feel gross like pastry appetizers usually do. And love the protein! Thank you!
