  • 1 tbsp dried parsley
  • 1 tsp dried dill
  • 1/2 tsp garlic pwd
  • 1/2 tsp onion pwd
  • 1/2 black pepper
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • 3 cups beef broth
  • 1 (12oz) cream of mushroom soup
  • 1 lb baby potatoes, halved
  • 1 yellow onion, quartered
  • 1 lb carrots, sliced

  2. To the pot, add cream of mushroom soup, potatoes, onion and carrots. Set pressure cooker to HIGH for 3 minutes. Once complete, quick release. Taste and adjust salt as needed. Add fresh parsley and serve with crusty bread for dipping.

  • Hello!

Love your recipes! Have you made this in a crockpot?

  • I’m trying to hold out on the insta pot and pressure cooker. Can I sear in a Dutch oven and then cook for a while on stove top to achieve same results? I love how simple but tasty this recipe looks!
